The parts of running an agency that eat the week
Which educator’s first aid expires next month?
Police checks, first aid and ECE certificates each have their own date, spread across every home. Record the type, issue date and expiry date for each educator. Anything expiring within 30 days shows as a banner on your agency overview and on that home’s page.
Where did you write down last month’s monitoring visit?
Log each home visit with the date, who visited, your notes and the follow-ups. The history sits on that home’s page. The home can read it. Only your agency can write to it.
Month-end means collecting hours from every home.
The educator pay support report totals the child-hours delivered at each home, by month, from the attendance educators already record. It applies the hourly rate you set and exports a CSV you can hand to whoever prepares pay.
Every home keeps its day in a different place.
Each educator gets their own login and a phone app for daily sheets, attendance and messages to families. From the web dashboard you see every home’s roster, educators and status. Families join free with an invite code and see only their own child.
Adding another home?
Send the operator an invite from the dashboard. They set up their home in the app, and your plan covers it. Homes never pay Nestlings directly.
